Rent for events can be deposited with Senamalancha subject
to payment through Pay Order/Bank Draft in favor of
Senamalancha.
If for any reason one wants to cancel the Senamalancha
booking then the following policy will be applicable.
A. If the booking is canceled before 45 days, 15% will be deducted from the deposit.
B. If the booking is canceled 31-44 days before, 20% of the deposit will be deducted.
C. If the booking is canceled before 08-30 days, 35% of the deposit will be deducted.
D. 07 days or earlier cancellation of booking will be deducted as 45% from the deposited amount.
E. Date of booking can be changed for special reasons acceptable subject to availability of days, but 15% deduction will be applied.

The Authority reserves the right to cancel any booking or
allotment at any time due to Government requirements. No
subsidy will be deducted if the authority cancels the booking for
government work.
No person other than the officer working in the army
headquarters office can make entries in the booking register with
his own hand.
In case of marriage, bridal and engagement etc., the details of
bride and groom should be recorded in the column mentioned in
sub-paragraph "a" of paragraph 7 of the application form at the
time of booking.
Senamalancha bookings are limited to use of hall rooms and
conference rooms. Number of Hall furniture and AC mentioned
below can be used free of charge

Senamalancha users must comply with Senamalancha usage
and booking policies provided by Department of Welfare and
Rehabilitation.
The authorities reserve the right to cancel the use of the Sena
platform at any time if incomplete or false information is
mentioned in the application form or if the mentioned instructions
are violated.
Senamalancha ceremony must be completed within 06 hours.
BDT 30,000 for every hour beyond 6 hours.
No kind of firecrackers or crackers can be lit during
Senamalancha ceremony.
Horse/cow carriages shall not be used on Senamalancha in
any event. No vehicles with tinted glass and yellow plates will be
allowed to enter the cantonment on the occasion of the event.
In case of any damage to any material under its control during
use, the user will be obliged to pay the full price for the said
damage or replace the similar material. BDT 50,000 per booking
as security deposit which is refundable at the end of the event.
The gathering of vehicles for entertaining military guests will
be limited to 200/250.
In order to use the band party in any event in the Army, prior
permission must be obtained from the hall authorities.
Only unarmed traffic police can be employed on their own
initiative with the prior permission of the authorities to control
traffic on Senamalancha special occasions. Under no
circumstances shall private or privately owned guards be
employed. In this regard, coordination with the local military police
(army such as p unit) should be done well in advance.
Air-conditioned Senamalancha can be used for more than 6
hours subject to conditions, in which case BDT 30,000 per hour
has to be paid.
The users of Senamalancha tables, chairs and table cloths
and other items will take it from the supervisors/storemen of
Senamalancha in their own arrangements and return them
properly to the supervisors/storemen through their own people
after use. If there is any damage to the product, you will be
obliged to replace the damaged product or bear the full cost.
On the day before the use of the military platform, no one can
bring any material or decorations to the mobile platform.
Care should be taken not to damage the floor or walls when
using utensils that carry cooked food. If the wall or other furniture
is damaged or stained during use, the user will be obliged to paint
it at their own expense.
The user shall clean the building and the surrounding area at
his own responsibility after using the military platform. Otherwise
the user shall perform this duty at his own cost in due
coordination with the Army Hall Supervisor/Storeman.
Cooks shall hand over to the Senamalancha
Supervisor/Storman a copy of the name list containing the full
residential address of themselves and all persons working the
Senamalancha before using the Senamalancha. No person other
than the mentioned person will be allowed to enter the
Senamalancha. Army platform users will confirm this.
Cooking in any other place is strictly prohibited in army
premises. However, food cooked from outside can be served
subject to conditions, in which case TK 25/-should be paid per
meal.
The political and foreign guests coming to the event should fill
in the form provided by the army platform for obtaining security
clearance at least 01 month before the event.
Any unwanted/blacklisted person will not be allowed to enter
Senamalancha.
No outside gunmen/gunmen will be allowed inside
Senamalancha Hall. They will have seating/entertainment in the
guardroom adjacent to the gate.
The list of photographers and journalists along with their
pictures should be submitted by the customer 15 days before the
event. No unlisted photographers and journalists will be allowed
to enter the hall.
A well-equipped cook house is provided for army lunch rooms.
